Booking Policy

At Her Confidant, we’re committed to a safe, empowering and respectful experience for everyone. By booking, you confirm that you’ve read, understood and agree to this policy. All clients must be 18 or older.

01Booking and Financial Policies

Payment and cancellations

Payment: all bookings must be paid in full, by bank transfer, before the booking begins. No exceptions.

Cancellations: how much is refunded depends on how much notice you give, as set out in the table at the top of this page.

With less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking is charged in full to compensate your Companion for their reserved time and preparation. Not attending your booking, or not being reachable at its start time, counts as less than 24 hours’ notice.

Early termination: if a booking ends early because of a client’s breach of boundaries or etiquette, no refund will be issued.

Public holidays: all bookings on public holidays incur a 15% surcharge.

What you’re paying for

When you book an experience, you’re paying for quality time with your Companion, tailored to the experience you’ve chosen. Every experience includes your Companion’s time, Anna’s personal oversight and travel within 15 km of the CBD.

Any extra costs, such as hotel stays, event tickets, dinners and travel (including flights to bring your Companion interstate or overseas and back), are at your discretion and covered by you.

Travel fees

Travel within 15 km of the CBD is included. Destinations beyond this may incur an additional fee, which we confirm with you before you book.

Companion compatibility

Attraction is personal. However, once a booking starts, your Companion has committed their time. If you choose not to go ahead at the very start of a session because of a lack of “spark” or personal preference, a fee equal to one (1) hour of companionship applies, and the rest is refunded.

Incidental costs

You are responsible for all out-of-pocket expenses during the booking, including but not limited to meals, drinks, entry fees and your Companion’s transport.

Extra time

Extensions depend on your Companion’s availability, and must be requested and paid for through Her Confidant at your experience’s extra-hour rate. Contact Anna to arrange extra time and payment. Companions are not authorised to negotiate extensions or fees privately.

Direct contact and circumvention

All communication and arrangements must go through Her Confidant only.

• No private details: clients and Companions are strictly prohibited from exchanging personal phone numbers, social media, emails or messaging app handles.
• No side deals: any attempt to bypass Her Confidant or request a private arrangement is a serious breach of this policy. It will end the booking immediately, without a refund, and result in a permanent ban from our services.

02Code of Conduct and Etiquette

Personal hygiene and presentation

Please keep a high standard of grooming. We ask that you shower, wear clean clothes, and have fresh breath and good personal hygiene before your booking.

Communication and respect

• Politeness: treat your Companion with the kindness and courtesy you’d expect yourself. Respectful requests are welcome; orders are not.
• Be clear: your Companion doesn’t automatically know your fantasies or expectations. Share your desires respectfully at the start of your date, so the experience is everything you hoped for.
• No means no: respect every boundary your Companion sets. Crossing a stated boundary will end the date immediately.

Substance use

• Illegal drugs: strictly prohibited. Possession or use of illegal substances will end the booking immediately, without a refund.
• Alcohol: excessive drinking that compromises safety, consent or judgement is not permitted. Your Companion may end the session if you appear impaired.

Safe sex and health

• Mandatory protection: condoms are mandatory for all sexual activity. Requests for unprotected sex are strictly prohibited and will end the booking immediately.
• Disclosures: Companions are not required to disclose their personal medical history. All Her Confidant Companions complete quarterly sexual health checks. Clients are responsible for managing their own sexual health.

Non-sexual illness

To protect the health of our team, please reschedule if you’re feeling unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness. Companions may decline a booking if a client appears significantly unwell, and the standard cancellation policy applies.

03Boundaries and Safety

Consent and the right to withdraw

Consent must be clear, informed and voluntary. Both you and your Companion have the absolute right to pause or withdraw consent at any time, for any reason, without explanation. No one is obliged to continue anything that no longer feels right.

Professional boundaries

• Not therapy: companionship is for connection and intimacy. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment or trauma counselling.
• Emotional support: Companions are not available for ongoing emotional support or crisis management outside agreed booking times.
• Gifts: you’re welcome to offer a gift at your discretion, but Companions are prohibited from asking for loans, money or financial favours.

Privacy and recording

• No third parties: only the people included in your booking may be present, such as your partner on a Couples experience or both Companions on a 3SOME. No one else.
• No recording: recording of any kind (audio, video or photo) is strictly prohibited.
• Exceptions: recording may only happen if your Companion, you and Her Confidant management all agree in writing beforehand.

04Disputes and Disclosures

Resolution

Her Confidant is not present during bookings, and we encourage everyone to resolve minor disagreements through respectful communication. We’ll help where we can, but our ability to settle factual disputes about private intimacy is limited.

Right to refuse service

Her Confidant may refuse service or end a booking at our sole discretion, to protect the safety, dignity and wellbeing of our team.

05Legal Disclaimer

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that this is a paid companionship experience. Her Confidant is not liable for emotional responses or personal interpretations of the experience. Each session is a private, consensual arrangement built on mutual respect.

Not following this policy will end the booking immediately, without a refund.
